Steve DeSimone is a public servant who embodies creativity, tenacity and pragmatism. As both a former councilman on Hilton Head Island and more recently as an inventor and successful civil engineer he has a gift for tackling complex problems with resilience and analytical thinking.

As a town councilman from 1995-2002, Steve’s pursuit of completion of the Cross Island Parkway along with his tireless efforts to resolve drainage issues and pave roads in both North and South Forest Beach plus find smart spending solutions to the town’s erosion problems makes Steve the very best choice to be our new council representative for Ward 3.

At a recent forum of citizens, Steve said: “I’m focused on long-term resident needs and establishing a community that will be resilient for future generations.”
